Meet Arlene Carpenter and Gerard Pampalone

We are lifelong learners, passionate and excited about art, film, gardening, and world travel. We founded a successful market research firm and used our vacations and time off to fuel our imaginations and explore the world. As you get to know our property, we think you will discover how our life experiences have shaped our aesthetic. Many of our furnishings and architectural pieces have been brought back from our travels.

But we cannot take credit for everything you see on these pages. So much of it belongs to Richard Swann our architect whose fiery imagination has stoked the renovation and restoration of what was a tired estate when we arrived in 1995.
